What began as a curiosity to blend creativity with problem-solving rooted in my work as a coach and facilitator of change has become a purpose-driven career in human-centered design.
Hi! I’m Dana, a UX designer, web strategist, and experience architect with roots in copywriting, holistic wellness, and behavior change. My path into UX wasn’t linear and I consider that one of my greatest strengths. With a deep understanding of psychology and communication, I specialize in designing digital experiences that are clear, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent.
My Superpowers
Seeing the person behind the problem
Using language, research, and systems thinking to guide design strategy
Turning complexity into clarity through UX architecture, content frameworks, and empathy-driven insights
Whether it’s a self-service platforms or a product interface, my process is always rooted in curiosity, intuition, and intentionality.
From exploring the “why” behind user behavior to architecting scalable content systems, I bridge the gap between people and products in ways that feel personal, purposeful, and built to last.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked both in-house and agency side, leading web strategy, UX research, content systems, and experience architecture for global brands across industries.
Most recently, I spent two years as a Web Optimization Strategist for a global gaming organization, where I led web optimization and strategy for their existing and future help platform, improving player support, enhancing user experience, content clarity, and platform performance at scale.
These roles, combined with my earlier background as a holistic coach and facilitator, deeply shape my approach to UX. They’ve taught me to listen with intention, think systemically, and design experiences that serve both people and purpose.
